Ivan Vinogradov is the victim of a top-secret project that was executed by CIA. He was on the verge of death after the project was abruptly aborted, but is rescued by a CIA agent named Frank Connery. For some reason, Frank helps Ivan in various ways. Ivan lives with nightmares every night because of what he went through in the facility.
